Seaport

Officially known as South Boston Waterfront, the Seaport area is Boston’s newest neighborhood. Rapid development of the area began in early 21st century after the completion of the Big Dig and the addition of the MBTA’s Silver Line. Rapidly growing since, the area now includes offices, restaurants, parks, and many co-working spaces for start-ups. Visit the neighborhood for stunning views of Boston’s downtown, catch a dinner cruise around the harbor, come back and grab a drink at one of the many unique and innovative bars. The area often hosts experimental art installation and pop-up shopping markets.
